NEEP Collective operates this website and the private NEEP Event Studio used to manage venue events.

Instagram and Facebook information

When an authorized NEEP administrator connects the professional @neepcollective Instagram account, Event Studio may receive the account ID, username, profile image, media details, captions, timestamps and links needed to identify possible event posts.

Access credentials are encrypted before storage. The integration is used only for NEEP's own accounts and does not automatically publish posts, comments or events.

How information is used

Information is used to show Instagram posts in a private review inbox, prevent duplicate imports and prepare event drafts for an authorized NEEP administrator. A person reviews every draft before it can appear on the public website.

Sharing and retention

NEEP Collective does not sell this information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website securely and is retained only while the integration or related event records are needed.

Your choices

An authorized administrator can disconnect Instagram from Event Studio at any time. For questions or deletion requests, email hello@neepcollective.com.
