Data deletion

To remove the Facebook and Instagram connection from NEEP Event Studio, an authorized NEEP administrator can open the Instagram Event Inbox and select Disconnect. This removes the stored connection and encrypted access token.

Request deletion by email

You may also email hello@neepcollective.com with the subject Event Studio Data Deletion. Include the Instagram username associated with the request. We will confirm the request and delete applicable connection data within seven business days.

What is removed

The connected Instagram account ID, username, profile image reference and encrypted access token are removed. Public event records already reviewed and published by NEEP may be retained as ordinary venue content unless their deletion is also requested.
